There are 2 ways of doing it.
1.) Quote a person that has posted a picture and see how he/she did it.
2.) Open up a browser window. Type in "www.google.com" and search for "BB Codes".
Either way you could have learned how without making "how do I post pictures?" thread #100+
And if you're looking for a website that could host your pictures, then I would suggest you go visit "www.tinypic.com".
