I'm not going to comment, because any comment I give about your sig will be completely demoralizing.
Read tutorials, and look at actual good sigs. You should be able to compare yours and come up with your own conclusion :P
I feel the same, top line I mean. -

Ok, I tryed that one http://abduzeedo.com/ and I tryed the neon glow effect letters.. But I dunno how to do it with 100x100 size. Also I don't know know what this part means.. I clicked on it but it didn't have the option: Now you will have the layer inside a folder. Change that folder's Blend Mode to Color Dodge.
How do you change a folders blend mode?? Also Denxi what be your xfire? mine is hobokilla8
Also, did you like the sig I made for umybuddy? lol -

I don't have PS at the moment, but just change all the layers in the folder to color dodge.
Problem solved?

Where do I get c4d's and renders and whatnot
I have a bunch of resources downloaded onto my external harddrive.
I just don't feel like getting them out right now.
Most of them I get from friends on graphics forums. This is probably your best bet for all the resources you need.
Or you can try deviantart, they have really nice c4d/render packs there too.
Google works, renderplanet or planetrender(i think) works too.
Uhhh, mainly I use stocks not renders, so I download stock packs and image searches on stock websites. -

Oh thanks.
That doesn't help with the 100x100 thing though. Well it might.
When I make a logo. Can I just have like a black background with orange text on it? plain and simple? And make those letters neon? Also here was the link I was using for the guide http://abduzeedo.com/photoshop-quick-tips-neon-layer-styles
Thanks

Most logos will have either white, black or transparent backgrounds, usually depends on what logo you're making.
Idk what you're talking about for the 100x100 thing. -
100x100 sounds like the dimensions for an avatar he's trying to make. Most logos will have either white, black or transparent backgrounds, usually depends on what logo you're making.

I'm trying to get at what you're saying:Does it work like that according to the way they are making it though? I will try one more time...
I haven't read the tutorial, but I'm guessing they give you dimensions in the begin to work with, and all the steps/effects you're going to apply on the way correlate with the original dimensions. If this is the case, your going to have to adjust the level/intensity of certain effects to make it look right.
Example:
Say the original dimensions were 850x550 and you were trying to produce the same effects on a 100x100 scale. If a step called for a gaussian blur of 4 for the 850x550, use a value of 1 on the 100x100. -
