Game doesn't load

I currently run with Vista.

Normally, when I turn on my computer and run crossfire, it works. But if I log off and try to turn on crossfire again, I press Start Game, and the patcher doesn't load.

No matter how many times I try, it won't load. The only way I can fix it is by rebooting my computer, and I hate doing that.

Does anyone have a solution?

It seems that it's only for Vista.

I have 2 Windows 7 Laptops, and they both work flawlessly.
