Brazil Bans Games
Ok getting an ip restriction to curtail their abuse of the N.A. servers seems easier said then done.
What if a gov't official were contacted showing them ingaging in appropriate dangerous behaviors. Surely the makers of CF would not want to be responsible for inciting violence and being harmful to their health.

The judge, Carlos Alberto Simoes, ruled that the games encouraged "the subversion of public order, were an attack against the democratic state and the law and against public security."

You no you can catch a lot more flies with honey if you did not start your opening statement this way. Take a deep breath and try again. As it is most of what you said reiterates the state of your mental health. Have you been playing to many online games of late?
Either way, the original point is that it really takes very little effort these days to contact certain officials in any country. Whether they reply back is entirely up to them. Obviously their are certain countries on this planet that feel the need to restrict internet access. Some for reasons that are more amusing than others.
Try and be a little bit nicer to others and don't take everything so seriously.

Just an FYI that was 2008 (I did a project actually regarding this topic)
If they were going to do the same for Crossfire it would have happened by now. The problem other games had was how it portrayed Brazilians(example think of the COD levels in South America). This game does nothing of the sort hence its not on their radar.
Its rather silly what that though government is doing... they are more worried about banning games than helping fight actual crime? -

brazilians are high pingers and they cant even shoot...
some of them (whoops sorry , error) MOST of them hack glitch or bug game!...
when you kill them most of them just cry and kick with no reason knowing sometimes they have almost 300 Ping....

Last question: U should play or played CombatArms, so latin america got ip ban. now tell me whos using that hacks? they banned us cuz we were hack, so if they ban us the hack will finish sure? PFF what happened? there is more hack than ever, speed hack aimbot wallhack, how do i know? if u use a program to change ur IP u can play it for a little time, and i done but when i saw around 5 guys using speed hack in capture the flag. i laughed...
we were the hacks, we are banned, and still there the hacks, so WHOS IS USING HACK? PAY ATTENTION. AMERICANS DO HACK!! but americans buy more ZP than brazilians, True.
