No Sound Effects

I dont know why this happens but after the last patch i keep loading the game and when i play a match i dont have any Sound Effects, i have Radio Messages Sound and Background Sound but no Sound Effects for some reason, and i close and open CrossFire for long time until i have some Sound Effects and its getting so annoying, and i use Windows 7 but i didnt have any problems before until this last patch.
