Z8games website seriously need to be more user friendly

Tried to run crossfire ytd, but a error from xtrap occur.
I dont know why, but the log-in system of z8games seems down ytd too, couldnt even log-in.
I tried to forward this problem directly to z8games but i couldnt find any admins email where i could do so.
Went to "Support" page, it says i need to log-in so i could possibly summit my question....but the log-in systems was screwed...
WTH?
Cant you just have a page where user could forward their inquiry/feedback to without logging in?
Need to be more flexible to get things moving around.
