Here's an effective way. Hence you have 18-21FPS, that's telling me you are on a integrated graphic card, and on a low-PSU (Assuming 250W). I suggest upgrading your PSU, to about 400 or 500 (Recommended). Finding out what video slot your motherboard using. And finding a video card on your budget. You can always check out TomsHardware for an efficient way in upgrading from many knowledgeable individuals.

lol wow, try playing in smaller games.
the smaller the game, the higher the ping.
in 2-6 ppl rooms - i get just pver 300 fps
8-12 ppl rooms - i get mid 250s
14-16 ppl rooms - i get from low 100s - mid 100s, dpending on the other ppls ping

i have a screenie of 0.1fps.
i get huge fps lags and terrible ping spikes -.-

wow all of them lagged right?? god whose idea was it to let them come into this game no offense lemme guess they are all speaking spanish? well i usually always get 50 ping and 30- 80 fps
