remove post count
nerf scarL
remove kicking system/kicking system penalty
make a 2nd lieutenant + server
making a easier way to report

Knifing speed hackers when arena first came out was hella fun.

And heres another one that probably only I remember...

Anyone recall the infinite nade hack? that one lasted like a month in CB b4 it was patched.
