Rival Factions

Well, it's official. I've joined the last three faction battles (so, all of them) and made sure to join the Black List team each time. Each time, it's put me to their 'clan page'. So I assumed I was successful (I even asked on the forums for rival factions #2 to make sure)

So, all three have passed.
And, uh...no items. Nothing.

From the first and second, no victory packages. Not even the 7-day Standing Fire BL Spray from the most recent one. >.>

So, uh, I'm pretty [self-censored] sure there's something wrong with the system. Unless there's some special rule invoked upon my account I don't know about which prevents me from getting these?
