Did you have the option to take physics freshman year? Because if you did then we have very similar school systems.

Well I assume it's like this.

The game is coded as me -> server -> random. Frapsing would record "me". The replay records "server". There will be some difference - lag shots may be shown, other ping/registration issue (I think Frapsing to show legitimacy is not talked about much anymore).

Nothing wrong with it IMO, having around 200 ping like me does mean a lot of shots look lagged. The great thing about replays vs. fraps is that you can build up the clips by having a 3rd-person view on the situation.
