What is the best crosshair?

What crosshair is the best? Option 1 (default) Option 2 (same as option one with dot in middle) or option 3 ( the circle).

I always get outgunned from far away because they get a headshot im aiming for the head but its like the bullets aren't hitting., I do fine getting headshots close up.

So which crosshair do you use?
