Well I just made an avatar. Go me. Well it says the file is too big. Any suggestions to make file size smaller so I can upload it?

and do what exactly?... The file size is 100x100 pixels. This is what it says "Your file of 23.5 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 19.5 KB for this filetype." Which is annoying >.>
