Please Help!

Yeh... So i was in TeamClever before it died, so I left and tried to join a other clan, but I don't see the apply button. I tried it on my other computer and I called my couzin to do it but i don't see it. It's only like that on my account. Then i logged in crossfire and i was still in TeamClever when on z8games.com it says im not... HELP!
