if the thread is written by an idiot then the intelligent person will easily find his way out without writing to the idiot and will avoid him get ban .You can ignore people on the forums with the ignore function in the User CP.
And your idea is bad. If an idiot makes a thread, and someone logically makes their point null, the thread starter could just "kick" the person who proved them wrong. That way the intelligent person will eventually get banned by the idiots.
Does that sound like a good idea?
Well , banning was an extreme proposal , lol .normally it`s an eventual repeating kicks by different persons that this option may be applied .
Keep in mind also that you may kick out someone in one of your thread and accept him in another one you wrote also . It`s just a way to keep those out of topic away from some specific threads .There is nothing bad with that. -

Nah, you miss understood my question.
Would they be banned from that specific section?
From just that thread?
From the forums?
You can't just say "And then their banned." Without saying from what.
It`s obvious that if they annoy people on the forum , the ban apply to the forum. " do not misunderstood me , I am talking about real useless post that really bring rage flaming and not constructing heavy discussions."
I once wrote a thread about removing the kick system ( in game ) to protect the legit players , and there were heavy discussion but really constructive . there were no useless flaming in it .
Go and see here and there on the forum how many thread are spoiled cause of some noobs ,posting uselessly and just flame others for nothing and goes out of topic !!!!!:mad:
