DC! Help?

I keep getting these Clinet MFC dc's from Windows like a white box saying that or something!?
Anyone have this and what can I do to stop it?

What i have heard that helps is to clean out ur computer. It could be that ayour computer has to much to process and it glitches and DC's from CF. Another is your internet connection could be low. Do you use wireless internet?

I defrag every week and no, it's not wireless.

It usually is a last thing to do but have u tried reinstalling? Thats what i can think of doing(im not the smartest in computers but its what im suggesting)
