Smooth Kill Marks v2!

As there has been recent interest in my kill marks i've decided to release a v2!

Main changes are

-Added MM kill marks
-Changed 1-6 kill streak icons
-Changed kill streak effects
-Added effect for 1 kill for when implemented

I think if you add an image to the Headshot marks and the Mutation Marks would fit good.

Quick update. Changed the Circle icon to a 100 for damage on MM. Includes effect, same download file so new downloaders won't notice.

Dont really like the red dots on the 123456 but nice to see you updating them.
