250+ ping, moving like a ping of 10??????

How is someone with a ping of 250+, moving so fast?
I was on my desktop, with a ping of 20. And one player in the game had a ping of 290, and she was moving like she had a ping of 10. Now I know what a lag is, and this was no lag.
So how are they moving so fast? Have you guys seen the same thing in the games.
I know in ghost mode I saw one ghost move so fast, it looked like the Flash. (not lag fast)

cuz thats their regular connection, to them, thats not considered "a spike" see i have 10 ping, wen it goes passed 100 im doing major teleporting, all depends on ur regular ping

The ghost was prob doing a bhop, bhop'ing can go approx. 1.5 times as fast as running when you are doing it right.

its the reg. conection for them probably.

Yup. I get 150 ping on anything but the west coast server since I'm on a certain awesome chain of Pacific islands.... but I'll occasionally spike to 900.

250+ ping, moving like a ping of 10??????
