Help with FPS

Hi, im trying to figure out how to get my fps better. I usually run between 20-30 fps and i want to get more. I will tell u what i got and just tell me what u think.

Processor: AMD Sempron Processor 3500+ 2.0GHz
Memory: 2494MB available
Display" ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series. Aprox total memory: 256 MB.

I would like to get fps to like 100-300 so if u see anything wrong with what i got up there just tell me, like if i need a new graphcis card or just to tweak my settings. So just tell me what i need to do and that will be great. Thanks

P.S. and i am wondering what server is the best for a person that lives in WI, thanks

easy to use

just click all the things you use your comp for basicly and click calculate when you found a graphics card you might like the list on the right hand side is the places that supply it

Crossfire is very processor intensive so I would asy to upgrade your processor before you upgrade your Graphics Card.

I'd see either go for a Pentium Dual Core, or if you are an AMD guy, go for an Athlon Dual Core of some sorts.

So do i need a new processor or a new graphics card, wich one or both :P
