Ventrilo obviously, theres a reason why there are thousands of servers and players involved with Ventrilo, because it's the best. If you lag from Ventrilo that is pretty bad indeed.

My clan, Charon uses vent. I don't know whether it's better or worse than xfire, because I don't have xfire, but I really like vent and I'd recommend it to you.

And I haven't had any lag with vent either.

Personally I like Xfire better but my clan uses vent so I learned to live with it.

What do you guys use for your clan? Vent or xFire?
