Removal of Vote Kicking
The Vote Kicking option should be removed.
The option was a necessity prior to the switch to x-trap.
Nowadays, the only consistent hack available to players is the wall hack, and proving that a player wall hacks in-game is difficult. It can only be validated after the game when your watching the replay.
Most of the time, the player that gets kicked didn't hack.
I will play out a couple scenarios to further justify my reason.
Scenario1:
Player A gets kicked by Player B.
Player B decides to view the replay to justify his/her judgment.
Player B figures out that Player A wasn't wall hacking.
Scenario2:
Player A gets kicked by Player B.
Player B doesn't save the replay out of laziness.
No report was handled.
In the end, the only way to figure out if a player hacks or not is by the replay. So having a kick feature in-game is just a waste if it's only going to be used by people with rage issues.
Those are my thoughts on the matter. What are yours?

You was a nessecity prior to other thousands of noobs QQ'ing about the kick system.
Nowadays, we have enough threads about this. So we don't need another noob posting about it.
Most of the time, people just keep QQ'ing thinking that they are real riot, but not realising there was a thousand of "an heroes" like them before. I will play out a couple scenarions to further justify my post.
Scenario1:
A noob QQ about the kick system.
B noob decides to QQ about the system too, because A noob QQ'ed.
B noob figures that since he's cooler than A noob, he makes a new thread.
Scenario2:
A noob posts a QQ about kick system.
B noob doesn't want to think about something important to post out of laziness.
B noob copy/pases A noob's QQ about the kick system.
In the end, the only way to make those noobs quit thinking as a riot of themselses, they have to be banned. So having them running around the forum is a waste unless there are millions of similar noobs.
Those are my thoughts on the matter. I don't care about yours. -
I have seen a few hackers since January but just a few, these hackers were hs'ing entire teams of 8 in Alaska and 1 shot body shotting them all in a few secs, they never got kicked either (infact nobody even put them up for vote), even though the entire team was clearly voicing their opposition to this player.
Hackers generally don't even get voted off, skilled players do for the 'ace' or because the nooby team mates know nothing and think everyone is hacking.
I believe there should just be an automated system (like kik vote) but instead of being kiked, you select a players name, the reason and the replay is sent to z8 as a hack report, if it's an hacker then a ban will follow, if not and their are many false reports from a player maybe they should be banned for abusing the hack report system and sending false reports.
But then you still have the hacker in game hacking right? and you get a penalty if you leave, well remove the penalty for leaving the game, so if there is a hacker file the report (like kik vote) and then leave. This means the hacker is reported properly, and he can't get free kills because you can leave and without penalty, also if the hacker joins other games those people can leave too (hence nobody plays with the hacker).
Kicking 'hackers' from games hardly works anyway - How many people kik 'hackers' and then follow up with a hack report? That's how hackers need to be dealt with, kicking them and 'leaving it at that' means the hacker gets away without penalty and just hacks in other games.
Best tips for dealing with kick nubs, worked great yesterday (no kiks and justice):
1) Have a friend that will tell you 'when you are put up for the vote' and 'by who'.
2) If the kick fails - vote the noob off yourself.
3) If you get kiked, come back to the game with your alt account and vote the noob off regardless.
4) If the game has many empty spots, then 'mob the game', ie tell clan members and friends to join to 'remove the noob' with f11.
5) Wait until a few rounds before the end of the game before voting the noob off (even better).
6) Enjoy giggling as the noob whispers you venting their frustration muahaha.
7) Please don't complain about the above behavior just "just whisper a friend and laugh at it", and "stop complaining", "bs happens", also their is an "etc" reason in the kik vote system - I believe this encompasses nooby behavior and voting people off for no reason.
8) I class this as behavior modification, ie modifying the noobs behavior.
The only people that support the kick votes system are noobs the use and abuse it, if they really cared about hackers they would support the above.
