1. Log off the forums.

3. Watch some tv.
4. Decide to go for a jog.
5. Come back to the forums and log in.

Please, If you have a problem with any staff then PM a GM. If you want to talk about me then do so nicely and clean. Other wise you will earn yourself a infraction or ban depending on the situation. Avoid flaming and bashing other staff members please. YES, It includes me. You have to respect everyone not just the staff members.
