Didn't Received the ZP (GM Help plz)

I clicked on 1 of the mobiles one on earn free zp.
suddenly i paid 12 phone euro for around the 15k zp and it said after 15 min the zp would be delivered but it's already been 2 hours and still no zp >.>

plz help me out!!!!

Most payment methods seem to be going uphill right now.

Chill for 24 hours, send in a support ticket at http://support.z8games.com/webform.aspx if you don't have it by then.

Also make sure that you did it right.

yeah 12 euro >.> i tought it would only cost 5 euro but 12 euro and no zp? i think this is called scam

Why do you have to use the phone? i do surveys and so far ive earned over 35k ZP, my advice just do the free ones.

Use the web-form link that the MOD gave you and submit a transaction ID on your phone bill.

yo dude im posing this near your post cause your asking for gm's help well i did the free zp survey like the "free" one and im having trouble in my pc if a gm happens to read this im having pop ups of mate finders wth is this and game pop ups like mario man it irritating help every 3 url i visit a pop up pops up -.- you get it. i need help
