New Clan System Securities

To help alleviate many fears clans may have we are adding in new security measures in the form of having to enter your secret question and answer information you first made when creating your account. This is only the first step in more security being added in and we will be adding more security measures to other clan and even account features later.
These features will first be added on April 5th, 2010 to the Leadership Transfer section in the clan management (Please note that 5000 GP is charged to the new leader when a transfer of leadership happens). Also added to "Remove My Clan" section so that unless that is answered the clan can not be removed by someone pretending to be the leader.
As always make sure to never give out what your secret question and answer to anyone ever for any reason. No GM's or MOD's will ever ask you for that information in game. Even on the forums this would only be asked in very few cases and only be Me or other forum GM's.
If for any reason you have forgotten what your secret question and answer are please contact our support system and they will be able to help you further.

Fix da clan CHAT POR FAVOR MI AMIGO MUCHOS BURRITOS!
I hope those West coast clans like mex ecp and el cartel get hacked cause i get sick of them from kicking me when i get ace and when i talk english in there games when they know i can speak spanish instead -
i found a new clanbug.
I leaved a clan! now they say at the homepage that i have no clan and can join or create a clan now but when i send an apply to the clan of my friend, he said that the system said that the user is already in a clan(me). And ingame im in my old clan too. why?

Even though your question is way off topic, I'll respond: It's not a new bug - that's what happens when the clan server / site is down. Just wait and it will resolve itself. -
I do like the new security measures, but please please can we get the beta clan channels fixed up. You still get dc'd if channel is full- which does not happen on any other servers. And the clan chat never works anymore, and get dc'd during scrims all the time since the last patch. I mean I appreciate all you guys at z8 do for us, but while turkey backpacks and funny helmets are an intricate part of this game (said with sarcasm), it still seems like there are a cpl people around who are interested in the competitive aspect, so how about doing something for us? Get the clan server out of beta and get it running properly- I have been playing this game since day one and have seen almost no improvement on the clan server in over a year. So pretty please I promise to buy all kinds of worthless junk with much zp if you will just get the scrims to work right; otherwise I don’t know how long I will continue to play this game. Man cannot live off funny costumes and heart grenades alone; we need some improvements made that will actually improve the game play.

i like my turkey backpack. But getting disconnected in scrims is really annoying. So yeah fix that before you begin with all the other small things. -
if ur main account got hacked they could do w/e they wanted. i heard it's possible to change your pw without the security question, so security question or not, they could leave the clan, steal ur account, then get a name change. would be nicer to have security question for pw change or confirmation by email so if they don't know ur email pw, they can't do anything.1SILVEREAGLE1 wrote: »so lets say i got hacked on a main account and they change the question and answer and email all i have i is the user name will that work

FallenAngel help me get my email adress back i cant remember now cuz i got brainwashed so i 4got my email adress for my main account. Yesterday I also forgot my password because somebody wants to steal my account then i change it to randomly something.
