Why clan losing points ?

Tell me pls, for what reason clan losing points. What rules describe proces collections points.
I know one. 500 EXP points giving clan 1 point for ranking. But 500 Exp from the game in the same server or other ? 500 exp for playing at one time login or day.

500 EXP without logging out or changing server.
Lose 5% clan points every week.

500 EXP from any server at any time of day will = 1 point towards your clan points. Losing clan points is because 5% get taken away weekly.

Inactive clans deserve it.

I still didn't get the 2 clan points I earned! Same server to! AND same time!

ok,thx all.
One more thing. How about recruit new player to clan ? He give our Exp to points for clan always or only if earlier he not be any clan member ?

One more thing, whats if member leave clan or was kick out ?

20. How are clans ranked?
• Clans are ranked by clan points, which are received by clan members who are playing online. For every 500 EXP earned by a clan member one (1) clan point is awarded to that player’s clan. Clan points can also be earned by playing and winning clan matches and through special events and promotions to be announced. At the end of each week, 5% of all clan points will be taken/removed from all clans. Clans will then be ranked according their number of remaining clan points.

If they're active they'll be able to supplement the lost points and if they gain more points than they lost they (possibly) move up.
