Does the Kill/Death reset, reset everything?

what does the k/d reset , reset? does it reset ur elimination scores and td scores or jus the top of ur profile were it says kill/death?

The top, your kdr, It'll keep for knife nades and headshots aswell, but give you a clean slate of your total kills and deaths.
