I just got one for free to stick in my under progress super computer.
Should I use that or an nvidia GE 7500

Not really recomendable, and I sell em ^^

I always say just buy the best from previous launch, as the performance is relatively close compared to the entry models of new line-ups.

Plus u save the 60-70% mark-up from new product releases.

(This ofcourse assumes u don't wanna spend $800-1000 on a CPU when it's first released)
