Alright so lets start with some background knowledge.
Team Penguin was a created in honor of Iced's mother and her struggle to over come the fact that she looks something like this...
We are recruiting though, so if you are good at this game or love Iced's mother, check us out. They apparently wanna stay small, like their ****s. But seriously they don't wanna go over 15 members, so if that's the kind of clan you dig, join up. You just need ventrilo and a mic to get a try out. I like to think we're a cool bunch of people and fun to hang out with. (If you're not that great you can play with me, we'll blame it on reg, and then go watch Hell's Kitchen/play Source.)

We want 10 members TOTAL for our team, 3 will eventually be cut, 7 member clan. Starting 5 + 2 Subs.
We will also have friends who will play with us in the clan, but they won't be part of our team.
Basically what he is saying is we will have a main 5 + 2 subs that practice and play as a team with good chemistry. Everyone else will still be part of the clan and still be chill and hang out and what not.
So our member limit for the team is 7 but our member limit for the whole clan is 10-15.
