Non-hacker get kick, while hacker never get ban!

Examples:
Popo, who was a great sniper, quit CF due to the random kick. (R.I.P.)

They hack or glitch but never get ban while I believe over 20+ reports were sent by different players.
(Including me and a bunch whom I know had sent them.)

Xtrap had done a great job on stopping public hacks, but VIP hacks still exist.
This new anti-hack system is doing its job properly but appreantly the GMs are NOT.

Is there a way for GM to work faster? Stopping the hackers, as well as banning them?
Otherwise, there will be no meaning for us to report anymore, lets just allow CF to be fill with hacks...
