you should play on 1024x768 or whatever it is.. would look better, also, instead of cropping it, just right click on the clip, choose video event pan and crop, look to the left under "Source" and uncheck "Maintain Aspect Ratio".. than, when u render, make sure u render under 1280x720.. thatll make it widescreen..
