can u get m4 adc permenent?

when u get m4 adv from zp creates the item is m4 adv(b). but when i check someones acc, they have m4 adv with out the (b) which means its not from the bm. so is tht m4 adv perment?
if it is how do u get it? u cant get it from coupon shop

I HOOOPE it sooo badly...omg its a good gun...like m4 custom but
M4-c = pros = SCOPE,SILENCED...cons = 30/90 ammo
m4-adv = pros = 35/105 ammo , silenced...cons = no scope
