How do I get my Items or Support ticket

I purchased the reset k/d and reset win/ losses but it did NOT work properly. How do u put in a support ticket or get the problem fixed. IT only reset my Kill/Death for S&D., My ghost mode , team deatch match and elimination scores are still present. This is bs. Can i please get this fixed.
