If you're deaf, you can't hear yourself when you talk. Most of the times, when you talk, you have to be able to hear yourself. If you don't, your pronounciations won't be pretty. -
well, I kinda Read ppl lips.. i Cant like known all the words that people are talking i cant.. cuz i only take some words that i understand what ppl saying clearly lips.. I know its hard but u have to loook at the lips and try to read it .. Just a few words not Alot tho.. and I cannot hear anyone coming in my way tho.

Well if you can't hear what you can say, you can't really talk (You won't notice if you said what you wanted correctly or not), and you would only mumble nonsense. -
You know sounds emit vibrations that you can feel with your body...judging by the loudness of that siren I'm going to guess he "felt" the sound? kraus I know you do good without sound but there's headsets that emit vibrations if you set it to vibrate, my headset does it but I don't use it because it hurts my ears >.<
