Permanent character items?

Who thinks that some of the items for you character in the mall should permanent?

Just the ones that give you no tactical advantage.

Also, there needs to more customizable things with the characters, like sunglasses, neclaces, hats, hair styles (maybe...BIG maybe). and you know, stuff.
