If you have forgotten your password as well as your e-mail AND your secrect question, it will be rather hard for support to verify it is your account.

No , i know my ID and my Password! Ive write it into the Support Ticket! The only thing i forgot is the Email and the Secruity Answer!!

you dont give out your ID and pass to support why do you think the GM's say dont give it out to anyone especialy admins the easyest way to prove its yours is if you have bought ZP and you still have a reciet for your transaction

but i realy dont know what i have to do now! what is invoice ID ASAP? ...

And i have bought zp only with PaySafeCards not with Paypal or something..

bump..

ive buyed zp with paysafecards but i havent a paysafecard account? and on the paysafecards are not those cods like in the support ticket.
