How to collect coupons?

i need to do what to get coupons? i dont understand thissystem. i have some coupons already but i dont know how it exaxtly rises?
explain me whole system. ( i have searched from forum without luck)

Coupons are obtained by random chance from opening crates that you buy with GP or ZP in the black market. All crates give coupons but ZP crates give a considerable more amount.

lawl. dont listen to them just listen to the mod. coupons can be exchanged for COOL items. each different DOT. means a differnt wep. can be exchange.

Change with GP crates is very little..
If you want to get to 80, buy zp crates.
(&well ok, with the GP you get in ZP crates you can also buy GP crates)
