Oceana server?

Now you guys have finaly made ur UK server (puts my ping even higher if i use it) I was desperatly hoping you could make an oceana server. I'm an Australian and regularly bought ZP but I got so frusturated and raged quit because of my 258+ ping. It eats me up inside when I put 5 AWM rounds into my opponent and it doesnt register then he'll one shot me. If you have any plans to or may even consider it please let me know because I'd start playing CF again in a second. thx
