How do I manually download the latest patch?

Sorry it's in the wrong section guys, but I thought I'd get much more views + replies.

Ever since the latest patch when I try to load Crossfire i keep getting this message about my files being changed, crossfire.exe or something like that. Now that I've thought about it, the first time after the latest patch that i tried to load crossfire, the "downloading patch" only popped up for like a second. So I'm wondering if there's any other way to download the latest patch?
