Clan help.

Hello, I'm having a problem with applying to clans.

I press apply.
I'm brought to the area where you right in the box about your qualities.
I press "Submit".

I suddenly move to a white-background page with Binary error "/" something?

Why does this happen and how do I fix it? I've been stuck clanless for a while now.

And yes, this happens to EVERY application.
