Help with XM8

I have used the M4 and AMW combination for a long time. I got bore and bought the XM8 but I just can’t get the hang of it.

Does anyone have any tips?

use an ak47 for a week then come back to the xm8 and enjoy low recoil.

use crosshair c and don't spray.

Use it tactically and learn where peoples heads are through boxes. One shot causes instant hackusations in pub games.

Stick with that combo. That was my first combo, then I upgraded to AWM Adv and M4 C

I am not sure I agree to that. When I tried it against wall the first five shoots looked like a small 7

The spray pattern is more or less like a T. Abuse wall banging at all times. So just peak-->go back behind box & shoot--> repeat

lol. nah mid and close range its so easy to control it. long range use the scope or crouch usualy 2 bursts kill. i use type 3 to aim with my xm8 adv and now im pro with it
