not recieving my 20k GP when i level up

I just leveled up to Sergeant and it say i get 20k GP, but i don't get it?

i have vent but my mic broken X_x I am from new york an have 32 ping usually or around there.

but main point of topic --> wheres my 20k GP? i was rly hoping for a Desert Egle when i leveled up ...

You would have got it.. I've never really seen this happen before, send in a support ticket to Saidin.

Did you by any chance gain the last bits of exp from the Tutorial or somehow from a room that glitched?

If so, it has happened before. Try a ticket.

i was 100 exp off then i realized i never did the tutorial (even tho ive played CSS and other games before so i didnt think i would need it) then som1 told me u can get EXP from it so i did it, levled up, and it told me i get 20k GP but no GP ???? shold i send in ticket?

Yeah, this is a known error.

Send in a ticket, hope to get your GP returned (logs should indicate that you didn't recieve it when you should have).
