Fallen said that teh clan system will change, did it happen?

idk, i remember FallenaAngel saying that the clan system will change, and a lot of ppl would be happy about it. Did it happen already? Cuz i always pay attention to the clan page updates on the forums, and it said that teh clan FAQ has been updated for teh Clan system. And im guessing the update is, well it says...

For every 500 EXP earned by a clan member one (1) clan point is awarded to that player’s clan.

So 5% is taken off now?
The update was made a few days ago.

I think that the 5% is still there, cause a few clans are still losing their points.

better recruit some farmers from powned to help out. If a RO clan is 2nd in a NA game, you know things are screwed up. Then again, this IS crossfire we are talking about
