Many problems in game

Lately after or during every 2-3 games I get a random error message. It is blank and just says send or don't send to cf. And then when I do not have that problem after the round my game instantly closes and sometimes I do not get my ip or exp for the previous game. Anyway to fix that? I am running win 7.
