Looking for a few old-school pro's to form a clan
I have not been able to find a clan I like since sLackerz collapsed a couple months ago. I would like to get 3 or 4 experienced clan leaders to form a new scim team. I have the old sLackerz clan page still, and we can use that- still ranked around 250ish. I want a well respected cs pro with alot of experience with successful clans to lead it, I will be a LT. I just don’t have the time to be a clan leader anymore, but can still call strats and plays in scrims. This will ideally be an NA clan as I am on the west coast and play mostly in the evenings and weekends. I have several old sLacker members who would be willing to join once we get the clan up and running. I just want a nice small scrim clan with about 15-20 members and NO DRAMA! No RQ'ing kids or people who get all butt hurt anytime they lose a match or have a bad game. This is what I like to do in my free time; I already have a job! So logging on cs and having to deal with drama for an hour is not my idea of a relaxing past-time:( So I would like to have a group of guys who are mature, fun to play with, and of course who have mad skillz; and can play as a team and use strats. I am a great at devising strategies and calling plays, and just want someone who is very active to run the clans day to day affairs. I have been a leader and a LT of two very successful clan’s l3ig_l3ang! and sLackers, and have called strats in several tourneys- both CS tourney's; made it to rnd 3 in the last one, and the purefrag tourney last summer. If you would be interested in being in on the creation of a new clan let me know...we can vote on everything from the clan name and symbol, to how many players we want and clan rules. I would like this clan to be a true group endeavor so everyone feels that they have a stake in it. I have some idea's for possible names and such for the clan but will wait for input from other interested people before deciding on anything. Sup snookie, you are exactly the kind of player I am looking for to create this clan with; mature, funny, and skilled! You would even be one of my top picks for leader...if you were interested in doing that. I just want some players like you, me, Violence, 99THC, Twitched, and ofcourse there are many more, but players with that kind of chemistry. I want to get back to the kind of fun we used to have with l3ig_l3ang!- those were great times:) I wish I had got a hold of you before h1n1 did:( Anyway let me know if you would like to have any part in making this new team...would love to have ya!

Hellz yea, would love for Twiched to be in on creating this team. I'm glad to hear he's playing cf again...he is 'without question' one of my favorite guys to scrim with! Tell him I will be looking for him on xfire if he still has his account. -

Hey 99, good to hear from you, this is kinda like a family reunion with all the old names popping up. I hear ya about picking the right leader, speaking of which, you would make a great leader for this team. However, I have done this before- sLackerz was actually my team; name was my idea and used the l3ig_l3ang! clan page, then I got my old buddy biohazard to lead it. This worked out great until he went inactive for a month, then when he changed clan name to Radium it sorta sealed our fate:( I also was running a clan recently with [G]ummy as the leader and this worked fine until we decided to merge with Composure; which was unfortunate that it did not work out, because I did like the team and they have a good leader. Anyway just thought if we could get the right 4 or 5 guys to start the clan together, we would have a solid base upon which to build. These 4 or 5 clan creators will all be the leader and LT's for this clan and we can run it together. Thanks to everyone for all the interest, I'm gonna take a day or two to talk to everyone interested and then decide on 4 or 5 to start the team. I believe that with the right people in place this team can be a huge success! -

Ideally leader would be someone who has been the leader or atleast an LT for a succesful cf clan. Also it would need to be someone with name recognition and a good reputation...basically looking for another biohazard- but nicer;) jk bio's my boy -

one tip: dont try rushing things too much because it only starts drama within one and between the clan. take things slow and things will fall into place. get some chill guys and NO KIDS! they trash talk and dont shut up. i could help u out and join on an alt if u want. i could get some ppl since ive got my connections. your a good guy and GL. if u wanna talk to me some moar xfire meh

I'd love to have a team set up like sLackerz/Radium again, but I try to stay in one good clan and get to know people instead of switching every week. Good luck trying to get things going again, I'd love to help in any way.
yea, the thing is people get hyped up when a decent clan shows up and just wanna be apart of that team. But they dont realize most of them die really fast. clan drama pops up and just things happen. i think its best to stick with one clan because then clans just disbann immediately. thats why i

LND, Luminescence and Radium are so far the only clans I have been in where I get to know people and it stays alive for longer then a week. TeamHighFive is actually getting somewhere because of good leadership, but we will see where that goes.
