Can't save Key's and Can't use hotkeys

PLS HELP !!!

I can't use my hotkeys like *TAB*
and in game i can't craugh or walk slowly....

For example:

In Controls ther is standing for walk slowly press SHIFT but in game a can't walk slowly
I change the Controls in german this key is *Umschaltaste* i save it an in game know i can walk slowly but when i start game next time there is standing SHIFT like the beginig

I don't know why

So please help me...

PS: If somebody is german please wride in german
AND SOORY FOR MY TERRIBLE ENGLISH :)

    EVERYTIME OR SOMETIMES I PLAY AFTER GAME OR IN GAME MFC CLIENT ERROR THAT MUST GET FIXED ASAP!!!!! because there was 3 hackers in the room they made advertise for hacks and told which the hack site is something like D.X ****! whatever theyhacked hard and i could not report them, -.- because the MFC which maade me crash after each 2nd game T.T
