Clan lieutenant PROBLEM,help!

When he tries to buy the item,add 1 more lieutenant to your clan,which btw,look in description:you can purchase it as often as you like,ok? Why does that error appears?It's a bug or what?

it sounds like its a mall error. i got a few of these every now and then. (not clan items though) I just waited a bit to make my purchase.

In an effort to improve the service for our mall and website we have been working on our Databases and Data Centers.

These improvements caused a momentary halt on all ZP deliveries within our system. Players were charged but didn't receive the points.

This issue is in the process of being corrected. All ZP will be delivered as long as the payment has been verified. The ZP should be delivered within the next 6-8 hours. Many of the accounts affected by this have already been fixed.

We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. However we hope this slight hiccup is for the better as we continue to bring the best service we possibly can.

Support tickets don't work .The GMs say, Yeah we're working on it, and a month later, it's still there.

Ok,i will send a support ticket,hope that will help,but lol..,its like hes trying to buy the add +25 members item,but the clan limit is already 100,the items are switched or what lol

@lbrettl: i dont think it matters,cuz i saw once powned with 5 pages of liuetenants in 100 members,and we cant have 2 pages within 60 members? wdh
