ZP not given?

ZP not given?

I just bought 10k ZP off Playspan, I entered the codes and got redirected. When I click
'My Account' it says I have 10781 ZP/3k BP, when I went in game, I don't have the 10k ZP AND when I click 'My Account' now, The 10k ZP isn't there and I have 2k BP.
When I try the Playspan codes again, It says the ESN Code is used?

SAME THING has just happened to me!!!! i payed using buddieshops, but when i buyed thE ZP , it showed up like 10 minutes later, then it dissapeared again1!!! WTF!!!

same. the mall is now in maitanence, so they are probably fixing it right now
