Go to "my crates" then go to exchange Coupons...you can see what you can get...4 coupons will get you nothing xD

You can't get it in coupons. And, you can't do anything with four.

Coupons get you cool guns, I think for 15 coupons you can get an MP5-ADV for like 90 days...but to get something permanent, I tihnk you need minimum 50 coupons, with 4 you can't do anything, so keep collecting.
