ZP Lost

I used total of $80 of Ultimate Game Cards and "Ultimate Game Card" as my payment option.

After that, I start game, got 100,400ZP go to Black Market. When i buy ZP Crates (M4A1-C), it said "Failed to purchase" and i tried several times.

I relog and i see that i lost all of my 100kZP (only 400ZP left) and got 30 M4A1-C

Any ideas what is going on ?
