double problem :/

1- Just in any game, im up against a wall or jumping on a crate and i suddenly stop moving. sometimes i can jump away, but others i slowly start rising up and then it says 'disconnected due to incorrect player info' then i go back to the game room.

2- In a clan match, after 1 half i go back to the room and i got a ready sign next to my name but i cant rejoin. If i click join game it just says 'server disconnected' and shuts the game down.
