yeah... im having the same problem... just bought 100k zp . if z8 doesn't fix it, they're getting excommunicated (and possibly sued >_>).

check that again it might be 400 zp, if it didnt work buy the shiny glasses from item shop i think its the same price.

To address all issues by random people in this thread

First issue. If your purchase failed then please contact support. Support can be found here. http://support.z8games.com

Second issue. If you have bought ZP via another company and you haven't received your ZP yet it is likely that we have no received the money from that company.

Contact their support and quote the transaction ID's or receipt numbers. Alternatively you can also contact our support and make sure to quote the same transaction id's and receipts etc. http://support.z8games.com

Third issue. If you have filled out a survey and received nothing, then you will need to contact that company. For BMG surveys we have a thread here:

The limit is 3 transactions per day for paypal.

MOPAY problems

Anyone else having issues with mopay? i keep trying to use the thing, but i get a message back after waiting for ages, saying its timed out. Been getting this everytime now, its driving me nuts. Im based in the UK, if this makes any difference?

OK.. WTF? I refreshed the page and i had my +10k zp and +1k BP, then i refreshed again and its gone... cmon now...

seriously, its usually instantanious that i get my ZP...

well, the mall is under maitanence now... so hopefully that fixes it.
